Satisfaction Guarantee

| Once you have received your order you are entitled to
our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the medication is unopened we will offer
you a 100% refund once the package has been successfully returned to us. If the
package is opened we will still offer you a 50% refund. In order to qualify for
the refund you must contact our customer service department before returning
the package. All packages also must be returned regular mail. This policy is
only valid within the first 14 days of receiving the package. |

Customers can expect to see Canadian orders within 10 to 14 business days and overseas
orders within 16-18 business days. As part of our shipping guarantee if you do not receive
