Q5: WHY DOES CANADA HAVE GENERIC VERSION OF MEDICATION AND THE
UNITED STATES DOES NOT?
A: Due to differences in patent laws, Canada produces generic versions of brand
name drugs at a quicker rate than the United States. Manufacturing of generic
medication is encouraged by the government in Canada in order to provide
Canadians with the cheapest medication possible.

Q6: ARE GENERIC DRUGS SAFE?
A: Yes! Generic drugs are just as safe and effective as brand name products
are. Generic drugs available in Canada go through the same regulatory and
approval process brand name and generic drugs in the United States do.

Q7: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BRAND AND GENERIC DRUGS?
A: Brand and generic drugs are chemically and therapeutically the same. They
have the same chemical ingredients and work in the same way as brand name
drugs. Generic drugs are low-cost versions of brand name drugs that are
produced by several manufactures once the patents expire on brand name
versions. The biggest difference between generic and brand drugs is the price.

Q8: CAN I RETURN MY MEDICATION IF I NO LONGER NEED THEM?
A: Because we work in conjunction with licensed pharmacies to protect the
safety of you and other parties involved once a prescription and
non-prescription products have been dispensed it cannot be retuned for any
reason.
Under the pharmaceutical law prescription drugs are not returnable. All sales
are final. The B.C. College of Pharmacists states that once a medication has
left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason - Bylaw 5 (33.
subsection 1) So before ordering (completing your order) please consult with
your physician regarding your medication.

Q9: WHERE ARE MY MEDICATIONS COMING FROM, AND WHY DO YOUR
MEDICATIONS COME FROM OTHER COUNTRIES?
A: We dispense medications/products from licensed pharmacies that meet the highest
standards of safety and service. Our network ensures that you receive reliable,
safe, and affordable supply for your medications. Internationally, manufacturers
may have different names for the same medications that are dispensed in the US due
to trade laws. However, the active chemical ingredients and therapeutic actions of
the medications are exactly the same. The only real difference is that the packaging
may be slightly changed due to the various trade names.

Q10: HOW LONG IS DELIVERY TIME?
A: For all orders the delivery time is 16 to 20 business days.
>>Back to Questions
Q11: WHY ARE MEDICATIONS CHEAP IN CANADA?
A: The Canadian government regulates the cost of prescription drugs, keeping
prices low. The Canadian government also allows generic drug companies to
manufacture generic equivalents a lot sooner than in the US. The Canadian
Dollar is weak in comparison to the UK Pound, the Euro and the US Dollar.

Q12: WHY CAN'T I ORDER MORE THAN A THREE MONTH SUPPLY?
A: Our guidelines only allow for a three month supply to be dispensed for
personal use at one time. Exceptions to this 3 month guideline are made when
package size(s) dictate that you receive a different amount of supply. This is
to ensure that your medication is dispensed safely in accordance with original
manufacturer package size(s).

Q13: WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF MEDICATION THAT I CAN
ORDER?
A: According to the FDA you are allowed to order three (3) months worth of

Q14: ARE THE MEDICATIONS/PRODUCTS OF THE SAME QUALITY AND FROM
THE SAME MANUFACTURERS AS IN THE UNITED STATES?
A: : Canada has exceptionally high standards, a rigorous approval system and
very strict requirements for the manufacturing and sale of brand and generic
medications. Many of the drugs sold in Canada are the same as those sold in the
United States; manufacturers may use a different name for the exact same drug.
In some cases the drug may even look different but it is the same drug with the
same active ingredient.
>>Back to Questions
Q15: IS THIS LEGAL?
A: According to the FDA residents of United States are allowed to import three
months of personal prescription medication. Occasionally the FDA intercepts
packages, due to the stress and harassment they experience from some drug
companies.
